Society of St Denys

The Society of St Denys is dedicated to supporting the preservation and development of Manchester Cathedral through its programme of music, arts, education and maintenance of the Cathedral fabric.

The Society of St Denys is to galvanize gifts and pledges by recognising all contributions to the Cathedral mission. It is an enormous privilege as well as a challenge to for any Cathedral to embrace its mission to the city, county and local diocese and beyond.

It is also an extremely expensive yet rewarding task. All who provide a minimum financial contribution of £1000 to support the Manchester Cathedral Development Project will be enrolled as members of the Society of St Denys. This will enable those who wish to give financial support to participate in various aspects of Cathedral life.

There will be something for everyone; membership will recognize the generosity and commitment to the vision and mission of the Cathedral in the official publications that will be prepared during at the end of campaign; members will also receive special invitations to various events and services at the Cathedral where appropriate. Special social gatherings will be held for members of the Society of St Denys.  

Become a member of St Denys

To become a member of the Society of St Denys you need to make a minimum financial contribution of £1000. This can be made over a number of years.
