Date: 09 February 2015 (5.30pm to 8pm)

To prepare for the General Election in May, the Cathedral will be hosting two events called Citizens’ Parliament Conversations on 9 February and 16 March, 5.30pm to 8.00pm. The first evening will invite participants to discuss what matters most for Manchester, and the second evening will offer ‘political speed dating’ in which representatives of the five main political parties will join us to discuss these priorities in small groups. While the topics are serious, we aim for two relaxed and enjoyable evenings. Both events begin with drinks and light refreshments and will be compered by BBC Radio Manchester’s Mike Shaft. Registration is required, but there is no charge for participants. If you would like to attend please speak to David Holgate.
