The Bishop of Manchester, in consultation with the Dean and Chapter, seeks to appoint a Canon Pastor at this busy, urban Cathedral.
This new and exciting post will provide pastoral care to our various and often transient congregations and foster spiritual development and numerical growth. The Canon Pastor will also be expected to discern and establish a number of newer areas of ministry, which will be supported by other members of the clergy team under the leadership of the Dean.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this post. Manchester Cathedral is an accredited Living Wage Employer.
